Don't be discouraged by what you gone through during the prelims. To the worst, even if the prelims results is a total failure, you still have about 1 month more to o levels. During this period of time, you can still improve your results by at least 1 or 2 grades. The prelims only serve as a gauge of your current ability, or should I say it is something like a mock paper before the o levels. It is not to make you lose your confidence in the o levels exams.

Having a goal is one thing, working hard towards it is another matter. Every1 have goals, dreams, but the most important is to work towards it. It just like in the motivation workshop. After you thought and planned what you have to do, you have to carry it out, or else it is all meaningless. Everyone is different. Everyone have a certain intelligence in them, and it all depends on how you think of it. You think your stupid, then whatever you do won't make you clever. But if you think you are a smart person, just that you have a minor problem in studying or something like that, eg: lazy, slow in learning, bored of studying and etc, you can still do well by overcoming those traits. I can see from your posts that your english is improving. Your posts are all in standard english, and it is good.

However, whatever you do, don't ever be like tj and go find a part time job, start working and leave your studies unattended. It is suicide. Even though he seems well off now, working almost everyday, with his pockets filled with 'money', it doesn't really mean anything. You can ask him, how much he earns a month. It won't be over a $1000+ I guess. And he earns money is because he pays his bills on his own, and he has to buy like wat A-cash or Maple prepaid card de. The money will also be used on his gf, so that's his reason for getting a part time job even at this age. But I dun think you got the same problems as him, so there's no need to be like him.

Hmm....how about something related to games. Ever wondered why you can remember so many things about games? eg: maple: you can remember the costs of items, can remember what items goes with what characters and so on so forth. For dota: you can remember which hero can overcome the other hero, what items this hero can buy and wat are the various items in dota. Ever thought why you can remember those? cause you are interested in it. imagine, if u dun remember, you have to alt-tab between Dota and window to see how a certain item looks like and alt-tab to the dota game to buy it. By the time u did that, no need to play liao lor.

Ok, I think i talked pretty long in this post so i will end soon ba. Being diabetic doesn't really separate you from other people out there. Nobody will know you are diabetic unless you actually tell them, and what right do they have to say about you when they themselves are not diabetic themselves.

What I am trying to say in this post is that, whatever the problem is, there is always a solution to it. It just matters whether is it a easy or a difficult one. If you are bad in ur studies, get someone to help you. I can help in terms of physics/emaths i think, depending on my prelim results. The other subjects like chemistry will have to see ba, cause for me, i am also struggling. As for english, you know how la. history and social studies are memory work, so i also can't really help in terms of that. If you really want, we can arrange a few times to go somewhere else and study de. Its ok de. cause some of my friends in other class also do that often.

So.....dun be discouraged, keep on going!!!
